Wildrose Return and Refund Policy
In order to serve you and provide the best enjoyable shopping experience, please note the Wildrose return and refund policy:
1- The order is eligible for return within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date the order arrives to the customer.
2- The order is eligible for exchange within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date the order arrives to the customer.
This applies if the order complies with the following conditions:
1- The order is in its original condition as received.
2- The order has not been used, opened, or tampered with.
3- There are no cuts or damage to any adhesive papers on the product or its packaging.
4- The carton or any packaging of the product has not been cut, to allow for easy and smooth return.
5- Exchanges or refunds are not possible for orders that were part of offers or discounts, except if there is a defect in the product or it does not match the order.
6- We must be notified of the return or exchange immediately upon receipt of the product by contacting us and photographing the product directly.
7- The product is subject to inspection by the relevant department to ensure it complies with packaging conditions and that all accessories are present, to approve or reject the exchange or refund.
Refund Policy
1- The customer bears the costs of shipping, exchange, and refund if they wish to do so and the order complies with all the previously mentioned return and refund policies.
2- Wildrose store bears the full costs of shipping, exchange, or refund if the order does not match the product displayed in the store.
3- Wildrose store bears the full costs of shipping, exchange, or refund in case of damage or breakage unless it is caused by the shipping company.
4- The order is eligible for a refund after the relevant management’s decision to inspect and verify that the returned order complies with the return and refund policy mentioned above.
5- The refund amount will be transferred after confirming the order is eligible for the refund policy and after determining the amount due for refund, within 14 working days from the receipt of the returned item.
Note:
1- If the decision of the returns department is that the return is eligible for a refund, bank transfer fees will be deducted in all cases.
2- We guarantee that all Wildrose products are original and 100% guaranteed. If not, you have the right to return the product, provided it meets the return and refund standards.
